
In a case where you have completed your purchase, but never received a confirmation email, no need to panic. The first thing you need to do is to check your spam folder, there is a chance the email is laying there, simply waiting for your permission to rest in your inbox folder. If you still didn't get the email you can do one of the following;
- Send us an email with your order details and we will gladly assist.
- Give us a shout or message us by using the phone number below on the footer.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Of course yes! Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
